Ortega Opako

Ortega Opako leads the Insolvency, Business Rescue & Estates practice at JANS. He advises companies, creditors, directors and individuals on insolvency proceedings, corporate restructuring, receivership, liquidation and bankruptcy.

His business rescue work aims to preserve value in struggling businesses through structured restructuring where that is possible. He also acts as liquidator, trustee and estate administrator, and advises families, executors and beneficiaries on probate, estate administration and trusts.

Ortega has practised law for over a decade.
